Pre Natal: Specific exercises to keep you healthy taking care of your hearth, blood pressure, blood sugar levels, lower back and legs and also to get your arms strong to carry your little one when he/she arrives. You can also meet with other clients mums to be if you want to exchange experiences, knowledge or just make friends.

Post Natal: Bringing your pelvic floor back on track and loosing that extra weight gained during the pregnancy. And during this phase you’re welcome to bring your little one to our private studio as many of my clients already do.
